Once the booking process is finalized, singularapartments.com will send you an email confirming your reservation. The email includes all the information related to your reservation, apartment information, arrival and departure dates. It is very important that you check to see that all the information is correct in order to make sure that the reservation is processed correctly.
If something breaks please contact singularapartments.com as soon as possible in order for us to estimate the value of the damage. We will try to fix the problems as soon as possible while we check to see if you will be held responsible for the damages or not.
The apartment will be available for check-in at 15hs. Check-out hours are until 12hs. If you need to check-out after 12hs please let us know when you check-in and we will try to arrange something for you. Please note that all check-ins after 21hs have an additional 30€ cost that must be paid upon arrival.
During customer care hours (Monday-Friday from 10hs to 22hs and Weekends and Holidays from 10hs to 21hs - Madrid Time Zone) you may call our front desk from the apartment by dialing 2010 or by dialing 954 21 01 02 from any other phone and our singularapartments.com staff will be pleased to help you. In case of an emergency outside customer care hours you may call the emergency number that will be provided to you upon your arrival.
The check-out cleaning service is included. Singularapartments.com offers a daily cleaning service with a change of sheets and towels for 20€. Please let us know upon your arrival if you are interested in this service.
Cancellation Policy:
Singularapartments.com will only accept cancellations via its webpage, email, or fax. Any types of cancellation including those caused by unforeseeable circumstances are subject to our cancellation policy. Singularapartments.com recommends purchasing travel insurance in order to avoid problems.
Driving and parking in Seville’s historic downtown area is extremely complicated.
At singularapartments.com we suggest using other transportation methods when traveling to Seville, considering that upon arrival, guests are able to visit its main points of interest in walking distance.
Public transportation is an excellent and cheap way to visit areas outside the historic downtown area.
Usually, our rates are based on a minimum two night stay. Regardless of this, please contact us either by email or telephone so that we can check availability for a shorter period.
