This apartment, located in the historic downtown area of Seville, is part of a 19th century building that was completely renovated in 2008.

This two-story apartment separates the bedroom area, located upstairs, from the approximate 40m2 of living and dining room area located downstairs.

Through the living room we access a private patio, which is furnished with outdoor equipment that allows us to enjoy a relaxing moment as well as a romantic breakfast. The living room has a large glass sliding door that separates it from the patio, this allows for both places to be well-lit and to be set in a comfortable atmosphere.
