This apartment, located in the historic downtown area of Seville, is found in a 19th century building that was completely renovated in 2008.

Its spacious rooms and 4 meter high ceilings makes the visit comfortable and out of the ordinary. The apartment has been carefully decorated in order to create a pleasant yet useful atmosphere.

Its 65 m2 allow for a comfortable stay with a maximum capacity of 4 guests.

This high quality equipped apartment, includes air conditioning in each room as well as gas heat, a fully equipped kitchen, and a 32” flat screen TV.

The living room which faces the front part of the building is well-lit and includes a Chester-style couch with a full size pull out bed and two chairs with ottomans around a coffee table. The 32” television faces the couch and the dining room is separate from the living room.

The bedroom contains its own air conditioning unit, a ceiling fan, as well as a large closet.

The bathroom is equipped with a 1,5m high shower and unlimited hot water due to a gas hot-water heater. 

The private patio is equipped with outdoor furniture so that it can be used for breakfasts, reading, and other relaxing moments.

This apartment is very peaceful and well-lit. It has an excellent location, minutes away from La Giralda, the Guadalquivir River, as well as the city’s most important shopping areas.
