How to make a reservation

• Select an apartment and check its availability.

• The reservation is made effective through an email or a reservation number once the prepayment is made.
  

Check-ins/Check-outs

• Keys are given in the apartment during established check in/check out hours. For check in /check out hours others than those established please consult rates.
• Check-in hours are between 15hs and 20hs.
  Check-out until 12hs.

Terms & Conditions

• The apartments are to be used only by those listed in the reservation. The use of the apartments by others or more occupants than those indicated will result in a price adjustment.
• Quiet hours are between 23hs and 10hs.
• The company has the right to dismiss a client without refunding the payments made if they break any of these terms and conditions.
• If any damages are caused inside the apartment, the amount of the damages will be deducted from the security deposit, if the damage happens to be greater than this quantity, the difference will be charged to the clients´ credit card.
• The company is not responsible for any damages or injuries caused by the wrongful use of the apartment by the client.
• If an apartment happens to not be available at the arrival of the client for causes such as fire, flood or other natural disasters, the company agrees to provide another apartment of similar or superior category.

Payment

• 25% of the total price is to be paid in advance.
• The remaining 75% is to be paid upon arrival in cash or credit.
• DEPOSIT: In case of any damage produced in the apartment during the stay, the guest authorizes Dexter y Celer Turismo Singular S.L. to charge the amount of such damage on the credit card provided at the time of the booking.
