Seville continues to beat its own record of tourists staying in recent years. The official data corroborate this: overnight stays and the quality of our visitors are increasing. The capital of Seville and, above all, its Historic Centre, with its narrow streets, different neighbourhoods each with something special and its leisure and gastronomy options, leave no one indifferent. And of all the options available to tourists, by areas, the Encarnación and the Alfalfa are the first ones they usually choose to stay in the city. That’s where Singular Metropol and Singular Siete Revueltas are
The tourist apartments of Singular Apartments are spread throughout the centre of the Seville capital, but Encarnación and Alfalfa take the cake. Up to four of its nine buildings are located in these areas. And it is no coincidence. Framed in the heart of the city, both are of great tourist interest, although they do not leave behind their local atmosphere.
The Metropol Parasol complex, popularly known as ‘Las Setas’ of Seville for its appearance, presides over the central square and area of the Encarnación with its imposing structure of wood and concrete, through which we will walk through this publication, with the aim of getting to know the two buildings that Singular owns in this part of the city: the Singular Metropol building and the Singular Siete Revueltas.
But before we go through the benefits of our apartments, a brief note. For a time the Metropol Parasol was loved and hated in equal parts by the Sevillian parishioners. Its large size (it occupies a hectare and a half of surface), its approximate 26 meters high and its modern appearance (its architect is the German Jürgen Mayer) nestled in an environment of churches and, as we have said before, in the heart of the Seville capital, did not seem the most appropriate for many, who saw this structure out of place.
Since it was inaugurated on March 27, 2011, it has become one of his most photographed images. The spectacular views of the city that can be seen from its viewpoint (and even more so if you go up at sunset) and the Roman remains that it houses in its basement, in what has now become the Antiquarium of Seville -an archaeological museum that can be visited-, have made this avant-garde construction one of the essential places in the city of Seville.
In addition, ‘Las Setas’ are surrounded by life: the bars, play areas and terraces where you can have a drink, together with what is known as the Soho Benita or the Sevillian Soho that we will talk about later, have revitalised an area of the city, the Plaza de la Encarnación, which was somewhat abandoned and deteriorated. Nothing to do with the reality that exists today there because where there used to be a plot of land and empty and abandoned buildings, now there are shops, restaurants and fashionable venues.

Y entre toda esta vanguardia se ubican dos de nuestros edificios: el Singular Metropol y el Singular Siete Revueltas, ambos con una inmejorable situación y, de nuevo, como el resto de nuestros alojamientos turísticos, a pocos pasos de los monumentos sevillanos más importantes.
A escasos metros de ‘Las Setas’ está el edificio Singular Metropol, que es perfecto tanto para viajes de ocio como de negocios. Situado en la calle Puente y Pellón, vía peatonal plagada de comercios que comunica el Metropol Parasol con la Plaza del Salvador y el resto de la zona monumental, consta de once apartamentos repartidos en tres plantas. Todos ellos están decorados de manera moderna y funcional, pero con un toque inspirado en los valores clásicos de la decoración del sur de España.
Cada apartamento tiene a una flor o planta típica sevillana como protagonista. El jazmín, la dama de noche, el geranio, azahar, romero, la buganvilla, el clavel, la jacaranda, el naranjo, magnolio y el olivo nombran a cada uno de ellos inspirando, además, su decoración. Y todo con el más moderno equipamiento y comodidades para hacerte sentir como en casa.
Con todo lo necesario para una experiencia inolvidable
En la calle Siete Revueltas se encuentra nuestro segundo edificio de la zona Encarnación. El nombre del inmueble toma la denominación de su propia vía. Se trata de un edificio de ocho apartamentos y un patio comunitario. Esta vez están bautizados con los nombres de grandes ciudades del mundo (París, Casablanca, Roma, Madrid, Bangkok, Atenas, Amsterdam y Nueva York), que te transportarán a otros países pero sin salir de Sevilla. Es más, si te alojas en ellos volverás a estar en pleno centro de la capital hispalense, de sus calles más comerciales y de los lugares recomendados en tu guía de viaje.
Seáis el tipo de viajeros que seáis, en Singular Siete Revueltas encontraréis el espacio que mejor se adapta a vosotros. Apartamentos y áticos con capacidad para entre una y seis personas, pero con elementos comunes: estar en pleno centro de Sevilla, ser confortable y moderno y tener todo lo necesario para vivir una experiencia inolvidable.

Benita es el nombre feminizado del dramaturgo y cronista Benito Pérez Galdós, arteria principal de la zona y por la idea de ser “una venita” de negocios de vanguardia y underground.
