What is Singular Apartments?

Singular Apartments is a company in Seville that currently has 9 holiday apartment buildings with a total of 71 apartments all located in the historic centre of Seville.

Can you smoke in the apartments?

All apartments are non-smoking.

Can you hold parties inside the apartments?

Parties are not allowed inside the apartments since they are intended for rest and relaxation.

Can my pet stay with me in the apartments?

No pets are allowed in the apartments.

Is there WiFi in the apartments?

Yes, WiFi is available in all the apartments, for FREE!

When do I have to pay for my booking?

Please refer to the cancellation and deposit policy on your booking. Any amount outstanding will be payable upon arrival at the building during registration and key handover.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Accepted cards are American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Red 6000. If you would prefer to pay in cash or by bank transfer, please contact reception for authorisation. If payment is accepted in cash, please have the exact amount to be paid, since we cannot provide change.

How do I get into the apartments?

We’ll send you the instructions by email. In addition, we will contact you before your arrival day to give you instructions for key handover. You will have both physical and virtual keys for accessing your apartment.

What can I do if I arrive earlier than the check-in time?

Please contact reception to let us know, and our staff will give you directions so you can leave your luggage until your apartment is available.

What are the benefits of being a member of Club Singular?

You will always get a discount of up to 12% on your bookings, plus many other benefits. Ask at reception for more information.

What is the check-in time?

From 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm.

What should I do if I arrive later than the check-in time?

If you plan to arrive outside check-in hours, please contact reception in advance so that we can give you instructions for registration and key handover.

What should I do on my arrival day before checking in?

For registration and key handover, please contact reception on your arrival day. Call us on 954.210.102 or 699.767.476 so that we can tell you how to register on entry and obtain keys.

What time do I have to leave my apartment on the last day?

Check-out is by 11:00 am. If you want to check-out later please ask at reception.

What if I want to leave my apartment later on the last day of my stay?

Departure after 11:00 am must be requested at reception and will be subject to availability. Supplement of 30 EUROS to 4:30 pm.

How can I upgrade my apartment or change building?

Where can I leave my luggage on the last day of my stay?

If you wish to leave your luggage in our luggage store after check-out, please call reception and our staff will give you directions. You cannot leave it in the apartment. Free service. We have a central reception at C/ Escarpín 1, where you can leave your luggage from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm.

Can you provide touches for a special day (e.g. flowers, bottle of cava…)?

We want you to feel at home, so we can order a bouquet of flowers, a bottle of cava, etc. The price depends on the request. Contact reception and we’ll take care of everything.

Is a cleaning service for my apartment included?

Stays of 4 nights or more will have a full interim clean and a change of towels. For stays longer than 4 nights check with reception. If daily cleaning, extra bed linen for the sofa and/or additional bath towels are requested, please contact reception for the supplements.

Do you have your own parking for customers?

No, we do not have our own parking for customers. Yes, there is parking nearby. Ask at reception for more information.

Are cots available for free?

Yes. Children aged under 2 years are considered infants and they do not pay. This is available upon request and must be confirmed by the establishment.

Do you arrange transfers to and from Seville airport?

Yes, it is best to contact our reception directly (+34 954 210 102)

Can you rent vehicles from reception?

Yes, you can manage car rental in the experiences section of the website.

Do you arrange excursions and activities?

Yes, check the experiences section of our website.

AMENITIES & APARTMENTS

Are there safe deposit boxes in the apartments?

Safe deposit boxes are available at Singular Metropol, Singular Corral de San José and Singular Siete Revueltas and are free to use. There are no safe deposit boxes in apartments in the other buildings.

Are there lifts in the buildings?

All buildings have a lift, except for Singular Vírgenes and Singular Gran Poder.

Can you put in an extra bed instead of a sofa bed?

No, our apartments do not have extra beds. All our apartments, with the exception of the studios, have a sofa bed. Only the 1-bedroom apartment in the Singular Arenal building has a trundle bed instead of a sofa bed.

Is the type of bed guaranteed?

Where there is more than one type of bed in the apartment, the type is not guaranteed. We will consider your request, but it is not guaranteed.

How big are the beds?

Check with reception for more information according to the building and type of apartment you are staying in.

Do all apartments have air conditioning?

Yes, all apartments have air conditioning.

Do the apartments have private bathrooms?

Yes, all apartments have a private bathroom. Check with reception for more information according to the building and type of apartment you are staying in.

Do all apartments have a shower cubicle?

Yes, all apartments have a shower cubicle, except for the 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom apartments, and 1-bedroom penthouses at Singular Corral de San José, the 2-bedroom penthouse at Singular Siete Revueltas, and the 2-bedroom apartments & penthouse at Singular Vírgenes. Check with reception for more information according to the building and type of apartment you are staying in.

Do all the apartments have a kitchen?

Yes, all apartments have a kitchen. They are equipped with hob, washing machine, fridge, microwave, and toaster. The kitchen also has kitchenware and utensils for use during your stay, and a welcome pack consisting of 2 washing machine tablets, 1 dishwasher tablet, a dishwasher diffuser, and a rubbish bag.

Do all the apartments have a dishwasher?

No, all apartments have a dishwasher, except for the 1-bedroom apartment at Singular Arenal, the apartment and 1-bedroom penthouse at Singular Alameda, and the studios and 1-bedroom penthouse at Singular Peral, in addition to all the apartments at Singular Corral de San José, Singular Pilatos, and Singular Vírgenes. Check with reception for more information according to the building and type of apartment you are staying in.

Are there coffee and tea machines in the apartments?

The Singular Metropol and Singular Corral de San José buildings have Dolce Gusto and kettle with a welcome pack of coffee capsules, teas, instant coffee, milk capsules, biscuits and a bottle of water. The rest of the buildings have a coffee maker and kettle with instant coffee, teas and milk capsules.

Are there irons in the apartments?

Yes, all apartments have ironing equipment: travel ironing board and iron.

Is there a clothesline in the apartments?

Yes, all apartments have a portable clothesline.

What amenities do the bathrooms have?

All apartments have a gel/shampoo dispenser, bar of soap, makeup removal wipe and shoe polish.

Are there hair dryers in the bathrooms?

Yes, all apartments have a hair dryer

What TV channels can you watch in the apartments?

You can watch national TV channels in the apartments.
